Suggest Treatment For Bicuspid Aortic Valve Disease

recently diagnosed via a series of testings and angio with a congenital bi-cusp aortic valve......yet, cardio-pulmonary expert says he will not do valve replacement, at this time. otherwise, i am healthy 62yo that was " dismissed" from hospital /cardiologist with med named "Midodrine' , which was to keep my chronic too abnormally low B/P and HRate up near norm range .......... I get daily migraine or bad "cluster' H/A from this midodrine med. I continue to have mild dyspnea with exertion and I feel dys-rthyms in my heart with and after most all activities.....even to shower, walk dog, mild exertion of any kind. Tell me about midodrine. Suggest possible solution to my bicusp aortic valve disease. Feeling very dismissed without adequate info or treatment.
