Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries

hi doctor i am shakthi from india. i am 20 years old. i am unmarried. last month i got to know that i have bilateral polysystic ovaries while i went to see my stone level in my left kidney. till last month my periods were regular but this month i need to get it on 20th but still i didnt get. is this a problem ? how to cure this ? i didnt take any tablets for this problem till now.
