Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries

hi, am 25yrs and have weight of 73.5kgs my height is 1.5 i had my last menstruation on the 25th of march and it's ended on the 31st of march. on the 4th of april i say blood coming from my virgina looking sticky with gel like and swollen breast and abdorminal pain. i went to my doctor and he says i have Bilateral polycystic ovaries. what shoul i do now
