Suggest Treatment For Bipolar And Anxiety Disorder

How do I find a psychiatrist that can treat all of my mental health issues? I have Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety Disorder (OCD, ADD, PTSD, and agoraphobia). I'm seeing a psychiatrist in Madison, WI but I feel as though he isn't listening to me. I wonder if I'm getting the correct medications.
