Suggest Treatment For Black And Red Spots All Over Leg

hi doctor i have black and red spots all over my legs after shaving them...i use electrical machine to do so.....but though..when i use wax , shaving , creams..nothing seems to work..i wish to have smooth legs skin...would you help me out !
