Suggest Treatment For Black Colored Lips

hello sir my self Rahul singh from jammu(india).i have a problem related to my lips,it is not a big problem for you but it is big proble for me.My lips are black in color.i want to make them pink.i consult many skin specialists but problem remain same.i neve smoke in my life.so plz doctor help me to make my lips pink .....if u want to ask me more question u can ask me any time....hope u will help me..
