Suggest Treatment For Black Heads On The Labia Majora

I get several , more than several blackheads( I think they are)on my Labia majora, I squeeze them and a black dot like head attached with a hard puss will come out. It has happened twice in a matter of 6 months. What causes this and how can I prevent it
