Suggest Treatment For Black Marks And Razor Bumps On Face

hi doctor,

i have just started growing hair on my face and ive started to get black marks after shaving and as a result it causes mild irritation and heavy razor bumps. I let my skin rest for 2-3 days before i shave and have tried many different products on different occasions but still no result. Im Black-african and my skin is quite light, so the black marks stand out.

Any idea of what product i can use to get rid of the black marks from shaving and also a product i can use for the razor bumps?
