Suggest Treatment For Black Marks On Back And Shoulders

i ama 25yr old girl having prickly heats spots/black marks all over my back and shoulders since the age of 19 not only this but these marks stay at their place cool in winters and irritates me again in summers as red prikly heats.pls suggest me how to get rid of these marks permanently!
