Suggest Treatment For Black Marks On Face

I have 2 cm black marks on my face / its bez i was used lemon(4years ago) to get rid of pimple and its marks.

As time passes i got two marks on my face to get rid of that i used garnic juice that day i got more black on same spot/please tel me what should i do to get ride of it & want type of treatment and cost .
