Suggest Treatment For Black Marks On Hands

While fighting with my friend i had nail cuts caused by my friend on my hand.. Dr had earlier given me Derz Ointment to cure now he has given Evion Cream to remove Black Marks but they are still marks even after applying cream for two weeks how do i remove them please suggest?
