Suggest Treatment For Black Skin Scab On Nose

i had a deep blackhead on my nose. i removed it. i moisturized my nose and pores before i did it and i squeezed it out. its been days since i did that. and now i just have a black layer of scab on top of my nose. how do i remove the scab. it is very tempting to peel it and touch it so im holding back and i am looking for an answer immediately. it's embarrassing walking in public like that. i've had the scab for 2 days.
