Suggest Treatment For Black Spots Caused By Mosquito Bite

Hi there, my age is 32 height is 5'3 and weight is 68 my problem is since from my child hood i have mosquito bite allergy means whenever mosquito bites my open body part after itching and next day i get black spot also one thing is important i dont have hair on my legs and hands. Due to that it looks very bad on my open body part. So is it possible for me to get rid of that black spot?
