Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On Face

hi sir, i am from India i have a problem regarding skin, my face is facing problem since 4 years i had shown to many doctors but it is not working can u give some tips to solve my problem, i have black spot coming on my face and it is increasing year after year and my age is 30 it is not suppose to come out many people said and i had sex many times, is it too much of that or something elese?
