Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On Skin After Pimples

hi Doctor my name is Esther i feel uncomfortable with my skin having small black spots resulting from the pimples i had months back. i feel un confirtable with them. is there any cleanser you would recommend me to use that can remove them very fast so that my skin can glow again/ and also i would love my skin to light up abit naturally because iam from AFRICA .and i love that nice looking spotless and bright light skin like for negroes in the USA.kindly please advice me on the best product.
