Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On The Face

About 3 weeks ago I had a black spot removed from the inside of my cheek. The biopsy results showed no malignancy. The scar has not completely healed and now further back on the same side near the molars, I see another small black dot and a few hours later an identical dot appeared on the opposite side of the inside of my cheek. what could be causing this?
