Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On The Leg

hi, am marry am 17 years old i live in italy i have black spots on my legs and as you may now having any type of body or skin "problematic" makes you insicure almost ashame of yourshelf sometimes at the mist of your friends. i never look at my leg on the mirror because i dont wanna fell bad and :( am delling this problem since when i was 10, since that age i never where skits neither shots and i dont go to the beach,my fiends normanly ask me why but i never tell them the reason,i have a nice body with bad skin. please can you help me
