Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On The Legs

hi, i have black spots on mg legs due to over used of medicine for warts,it almost 1 year for having this, please help me if whats the best medicines or cream to remove my dark spots, i cant wear shorts and my friends always asked me why am i always wearing a long pants.thanx.please help me know.
