Suggest Treatment For Blackheads And Scar On Nose

I have blackheads on my nose and they itch a lot at times. a few days back it was itching and while scratching my nose i developed a blood scar on my nose which gradually lightened but hasn't gone away completely. So now a small but noticable scar remains on my nose. Can betnovate treat it? If not, please suggest me the best cream to get this taken care of. Also, can you suggest me a best cream/scrub to get rid of these black heads. Thanks doc.
