Suggest Treatment For Bleeding After Medical Management For T21

I had a medical management for T21 at 16 weeks. That was six weeks ago (28th March) and I have been bleeding all this time. 6 days ago my doctor put me on Norethisterone 5m (2 a day for 15 days). I thought this would stop the bleeding. Bleeding has been light for 2 days but tonight it was heavy and I passed a blood clot (size of 50p approx). Should I contact the doctor again or is this normal? Thank you. I am 41. I am also on some antibiotics incase of infection.
