Suggest Treatment For Bleeding And Irregular Periods

I have been diagnosed with a 1cm fibroid at the fundus. Endometrial thickness of 6 mm is noted. Ante verted uterus shows marginally heterogenous echo texture as seen in adenomyosis. I am 45 years. I am having prolonged periods. Normal ovaries. Size of uterus is 5.8x4.3x3.4 cm. what should I do to stop the bleeding and regularise my periods
