Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Between Periods And Pain In Shoulder Blade/abdomen

I have had bleeding between my periods for a few months now the bleeding seems to be 'old' blood. I am now getting sharp pains into my left shoulder blade and abdominal pains also I have tried to speak to my doctors but he has told me to come back if it get any worse. Can you please help?
