Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Boil On Buttocks

Sir,
I am from india and i used to travell long journey for my job.One day i had seen a boil like thing in my buttocks near anus.After some days the pus and blood comes out from my infection,I go through general medical store they prescribed me amoxyillin antibiotic for 5 days(2 capsules) per day.The relieve for some days.After some days again the problem persists and I go to medice specialist he suggest me take paracitimol,amoxillin and topical antibiotic spray and hot soak of salt near to the infection i continued for few days but i won't get any positive results.After that i have taken homeopathy medicine for atleast 8 months it relieves me more. But suddenly i have another diseas,the blood comes out from stool then i go to mesicine specialist doctor he sugget me Escot cream(composition of nifidipine and lidocaine) and gudlax(composition of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula husk granules) and suggest me to take hot bath of buttocks with luke warm water. But sir/madam reoccurence of my infection again comes and it become very painful and very bigger in size please help me out of this problem and suggest me medicine for this kind of problem.
