Suggest Treatment For Bleeding During Intercourse And Septate Hymen

Hi, i have a septate hymen, and have known this for a few months now, i have regular sex with my partner and it usually does affect the sex, with little bleeding sometimes which i assume was a little tear, but tonight it snapped and now i have a dangly bit of hymen, and every time i touch it slightly it bleeds loads, is this normal?
