Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From Penis After Intercourse

About 9 days ago while having particularly rough sex I stubbed my penis, and when I looked down my penis was bleeding perfusely out of the end of it. I lost a lot of blood but aventually it subsided. However it has never stopped from bleeding at least a little bit. I was told by my doctor that it would heal on its own, however it has been 9 days and it is still bleeding a bit every day as I have tissue down there and it always has a little blood on it. It is still quite purple but has never been painful at all. I understand this is called a Ruptured Penis Vain. Will this heal on its own? And most importantly, when can I have sex again.
