Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From Superficial Cuts On Legs

Hi! last night I cut my leg shaving and it bled a lot. I cleaned it and put a few bandages on it and went to bed. This morning, it was still bleeding quite a bit and even now it's still not showing the signs of healing. it's not very deep so I didn't go see the doctors, but should it still be bleeding as much as it is now? Help, please?
