Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From The Ear

My father is currently bleeding from both of his ears and the only other symptom that he has experienced PRIOR to his ears bleeding is dizziness. He has not experienced any pain either prior to or after his ears began bleeding. He has been taking Dilantin for his seizures, however, I do not know if they are seizures.
