Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Hole Near Nose

I have seen my doctor several times. he has assured me the yellow and green bleeding hole on the side of my nose will clear up if I keep putting nepsoprin on it. the rhynoplasty was on 4-1-14. it is now 1-6-15 still no change and the hole is getting bigger.
