Suggest Treatment For Bleeding In Brain Post Injury

My cousin, 88 yrs. old, fell and has blood in/on the brain. i am being told as she has not shown any improvement in 3 days it does not good for her. She in incoherent has brain activity. I am her POA. Her Living Will stipulated no surgery, no feeding tubes,etc. I am her POA, good decision on my part? I went with comfort her.
