Suggest Treatment For Bleeding In The Nose And Ringing In The Ears

I had sinus surgery and tubes put in both ears 10 months ago and now all of a sudden within the last two months I've been having really bad nose bleeds and clogged nose with a ringing sensation and fullness in the right ear. My ENT diagnosed me with Vertigo/Meniere Disease and both side of my nose are hurting really bad with a really sore throat and I've been coughing up tonsil stones left and right and they're also coming up through my nose at times.
