Suggest Treatment For Bleeding In The Toenail

my big toenail has blood in it due to a sporting injury, I went to hospital to get blood removed and they said it would recover, however my nail hasn't grown since (i went 2 months ago) and it looks like there's no nail growing under it and the nail hasn't grow at all, if my nail falls off, will a new nail grow?
