Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Nose And Peeling Skin Inside Nostril

The inside of my nostrils peel & bleed then scab over and the cycle repeats over & over. I know its hard but I can t help pick the peeling skin off because it looks unsightly even though its inside the nose plus its annoying. I have tried Neosprin & Vasoline (not at the same time) but only helped a little. What can I do to clear this up?
