Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Nose

My 8yr old daughter was in a car accident on Christmas night. She hit her face on the back of the driver seat. Her nose has been giving her problems ever since. Now evertime she sneeze her nose bleeds amd a little bit of a blood clot comes out. This happends around 3 to 4 times a dat.
