Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Rashes Between Buttocks

I am taking care of someone who has stated to bleed for a rash area in the crack of her bottom. She is incontinent. We are keeping it clean and using topical medicines like Neosporin and Aquafor. What else can you suggest as the doctors office is closed until Monday.
