Suggest Treatment For Blisters In The Feet

I have problems with my feet. On the botton of my feet I have a fugus it's white and black looking. However, everytime I take off my socks my foot starts to inch and I rubber them some much until they are blister now and water looking pus comes out of my feet. I have try the 1% cream that the doctor have giving me year's ago but I think this problem might be an infection in the blood as well, because everytime the doctor give me the cream this fugus come's backl, I've had it since I was eighteen and now I'm forty six. Please help!!!
