Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Inner Side Of Bum Cheeks

On the innerside of both my bumcheeks i have big red marks like carpet burns on blisters, they are really sore and feel like there constantly burning. They start of as lumps and then the skin starts gradually coming off, i have been using different products but nothings working can you tell me whats wrong?
