Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Penis

hi doc, i underwent a variococeletomy surgery 2weeks ago, 5days later i noticed some blister on my penis cap and a little bit below it. Dont really know if it's the paint that they say i should put on because i have not on a pant for years. So what treatment can i take because i cant puton trouser now and walk freely. Tanks Doctor
