Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Scalp And Mouth Ulcers?

My dad has boils on his scalp. He also has many mouth ulcers. It has been there for a while and doesn't seem to go away. He has visited many docs but nothing has worked. He has no diabetes but has hypertension. We are now really worried for him. He is 67. What should we do?
