Suggest Treatment For Blisters On The Hands

I work with chemical resistant gloves all day at work and now I'm starting to get what looks to be like small clear blisters on my hands and fingers. I popped a few and a clear fluid comes out? I am unsure what to make of this. Do you have any insight to what might it be?
