Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Top Of Nose

I have a bad sunburn on my upper body including my face. In fact, I have a blister from it at the very top of the bridge of my nose. My nose gets somewhat oily anyway throughout the day (I am a teenager) so right now it's just an oily, crunchy, blistered mess. What should I do to help it? Thanks in advance!
