Suggest Treatment For Bloating And White Vaginal Discharge

hello, ok, my last unprotected sexual encounter was 2 months ago. I have had 2 periods since then and to my suprise neither were painful but the second one i was strangely very very moody which has never happended before. both lacked blood clots just a few very tiny ones. i have been having gas and nausea like crazy, gained 7 unexplained pounds in the last week. appetite varies, moody but I only had one lonely cry but that was because of the loss of a close member in my family. body aches, feel bloated, and a thin white vaginal discharge. All that being said, what is wrong with me? Am i pregnant?
