Suggest Treatment For Bloating With With Dark Brown Discharge

hi am 20 yrs old weight 143 and 5'8 tall, ok so lightly i feel awefully bloated, my lower abdoment hurts, specially in the morning when i wake up i feel like my blader is really full , so much that it actually hurts but i get frustaded because when i go pee it burns and it feels like i only peed a third of what i was sopossed to and some times i get a dark brown redish mocus like discharge i got treated for yeast infection already but this symptoms dont go away oh and am very high maint
