Suggest Treatment For Blockage In Left Coronary Branch Of Main Artery

I am 39 5 8 230 lbs I was recently told after heart cath ths t I have 50-60 pct blockage in my left coronary branch off of main artery they told me they canmot put in a stent. what are my options....my blood pressure was 150 s over low 100 s now I take metoprolol and its around 125/85 I also take isosorbide and generic lipitor I had heart cath in January 2015
