Suggest Treatment For Blocked And Painful Ear

Started with minor cold then during multiple flight trips ear started hurting and blood comes out when I blow my noise. Now its 24 hours both ears blocked. Blood comes our when I blow noise. It feels there is swollen are on nick both sides (maybe ear canal).
