Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ears

I am Rajat Kaul, 23yrs old boy. I was suffering from bad cold and the medicines prescribed by the doctor are:
1. Crixan OD-500mg(one tab a day)
2. Baloforce 100 (2 tabs a day)
3. Domrab (1 tab before breakfast)
4. Paracetamol (incase of fever)
5. Multi vitamin (1 tab after dinner)
Course time:- 5days
I feel better now but my ears are still blocked. Please help me !!
