Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose After Tonsillitis

Hi, I had tonsillitis in early December. The tonsillitis went away after a week or two, however I have been left with a blocked nose ever since, which is uncomfortable and can affect my speech. Is this connected to the tonsillitis and, if so, how can i get rid of it?
