Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Buzzing In Head

My nose is blocked, I have a cleft palate, so one of my nostril is narrow, so I have to blow my nose fairly hard, so therefore I hurt my ears and I am afraid I will damage my ears, and there is a buzzing in my head, with all the blowing, so I don't know what to do, I am on Antibiotic for Sinus and using Sinus Rince. Thank you.
