Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Difficulty In Breathing

I ve always had nasal problems . a friend at work suggested clairtin nasal spray. it works fine and I can sleep at night with both nasal passages open. BUT once the spray wheres out my nasal passages close worse than before. I. would so much love to go to sleep without struggling to breathe.
