Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose With Muscle Ache

hello, me and my husband gor married a week ago we bothhad colds but they werent that bad, on monday we both woke up with dry coughs but no fever or other symptoms, i woke up on tuesday feeling miserable with a really bad fever and the cough was still there, it is now thursday and i woke up with a smal part of my cheeck swollen, it doesnt hurt or itch or anything, i've lost my apettite and we think is the flu not sure what to do, been taking benylin and lemsip which helped with the fever i feel its coming down, but my nose it's still blocked and my muscles hurt,any suggestions?
