Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose With Nose Bleeds

hi ive been having nose bleeds but its not coming all the way down, its getting clogged in my nose, i stick a q tip up there its bloody, i wake up in the middle of the night with really dry boogers and ill have a sore throat as well, but now my head is hurting.. what can i do or what can it be? cause my nose is bleeding but something is blocking it from coming all the way down
